Leland and Cecily Parsons of Poway, California, have designed, crafted,
and built this magnificent vessel. A builder by trade, Leland has personally
scrutinized every detail of this project to ensure safety, efficiency
and luxury aboard the Frank Edmund.
Leland, an accomplished builder and ardent family man, has been around
boats all his life. He was born and raised on the rivers of West Gloucester,
Massachusetts.
